La Mano Nera was founded during nursing school, built between study sessions and clinical rotations. It took shape during a period defined by structure and limited time.


The founder grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a child, evenings were often spent watching classic films with family. Among them, The Godfather stood out for its focus on loyalty, hierarchy, and restraint. That tone became an early influence on how La Mano Nera would later be shaped.

After relocating to Las Vegas, those same principles continued to guide the work. Precision and preparation mattered. Between long hours of study and daily responsibility, La Mano Nera continued to take form alongside medical training.

That foundation remains evident in the work today and informs the standard behind it.
